Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Orders placed before 2:00pm EST on a business day are prepared the same day and dispatch within two business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery is free within the United States on orders over $200. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat domestic shipping rate shown at checkout before payment.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the package leaves our facility. Transit times are set by the carrier and are not guaranteed by us.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal domestic transit and are shipped without refrigeration unless a product page states otherwise. Move them to -20°C storage on arrival.

Vials are packed to survive normal carrier handling. If a package arrives with visible damage, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day.

Unopened vials in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Opened vials cannot be returned. Once a seal is broken we have no way to verify storage conditions, and reselling material of unknown provenance would defeat the purpose of batch testing.

Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the return is the result of our error.

If you receive the wrong product, a damaged vial, or a short shipment, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

All products are sold for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only. Human and animal consumption is prohibited.

We ship within the United States only. Buyers are responsible for confirming that receipt and possession of a given research chemical is lawful at their delivery address.
