Order data: name, delivery address, email address, phone number and order contents. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Support data: the contents of any message you send us, retained so that follow-up questions have context.

Marketing data: your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number, when you subscribe to the newsletter.

Technical data: standard server logs and, if you consent, analytics data about how pages are used.

To fulfil orders, to provide customer support, to meet accounting and record-keeping obligations, and — with your consent — to send occasional promotional email or SMS.

Consent to marketing is separate from the rest. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, without affecting your ability to order.

Payment processors, shipping carriers and our email service provider, each limited to the data required to perform their function. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

We may disclose data where required by law or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Order records are retained for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax rules. Support correspondence is retained for two years. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no overriding legal obligation to retain it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart and checkout to function. Any analytics or marketing cookies are set only after consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
